The Process

  1. Book a consultation. I know that getting started can be the hardest part. Maybe you know what you want but just aren't sure how to get it Perhaps you don't know what you want yet. Either way, you do not have to do it alone. Take the leap.

  2. Begin your path toward healing. Your first few sessions will allow your therapist to get to know you and your needs. Together you will come up with goals to guide the path for treatment.

  3. Start living the life you deserve! It's time to stop getting by and start living and getting what you desire. You will start to see symptom reduce within the first few sessions as you begin to release and use new skills.
